    "relaxing enjoyable and fun"

We didn't similar many of the restaurants peculiarly the Mexican ....you would think existence in Mexico this would exist the best ... uses of language on the menu with words such every bit rind and lard was rather off putting. we ended up walking out and getting a room service burger. also having to use phones to admission menu and info was very unhelpful at bank check in they failed to inform us to book restaurants for our stay .... the start night nosotros ended upward almost not being able to consume.

    loved the resort very plush

"Other than not honoring our request for two total beds I had no issues at all. I would definitely recommend this every bit a keen"

My but issue is we booked 2 rooms with double beds and it said "subject field to availability" when I booked my reservation with Booking.com. The resort was clearly not full while we were there, so in that location was definitely availability for two total beds but at bank check in they said it would be an extra $139 per night, per room. I was at that place with my mom and adult son and daughter, so having dissever beds was important for my adult kids. They gave the states 2 king rooms and brought a roll abroad bed for the kids room and my mom and I shared the male monarch bed in the 2d room.

My first all inclusive so I don't have much to compare likewise but I thought it was fantastic. We stayed in the adults only area. We got in early evening and had a really like shooting fish in a barrel check in. They offered united states snacks & drinks (beer, h2o, soda, etc) during check in. The resort was actually pretty, very clean and I loved the odour therapy everywhere. We never had a problem finding food. Really enjoyed our dinner at Bana and Blue Agave, where I paid extra for lobster, yum. Nosotros were at that place mid March and there was seaweed at the beach , none on the showtime few days, then it started to come in. The pool was awesome, I was happy it was not heated, it was very refreshing to make it, but I may take felt unlike if we hadn't had perfect warm weather condition.

"Peachy stay, neat beaches, neat nutrient"

Staff service was one-time not skillful - some bartenders and wait staff were abrupt and some downright rude. Hotel needs to work on this aspect as it nearly ruined our experience. (at that place were many great service staff during our stay, information technology was 4-5 bad staff experiences that we had) Had to take a taxi into town ($12/MXN200-300) each way, keen, but does add together some friction to stay (vs hotels in central town). Lots of taxis around though, no problem finding and never had a toll gouging experience.

Great facilities, multiple pools and beaches become relish - and surprisingly good food (BANA and Mole in detail)

"nice all inclusive hotel on a gorgeous beach!"

Even though nosotros booked the adults but package we were put in the family section of the hotel (which they do tell yous is a possibility) but information technology's a long walk each time to get from the puddle, confined, restaurants etc to get back to the room. too on the first solar day, at bank check in, we had to do an introductory tour around the hotel with a rep and we were "sold to" a lot. When they tried to organise a follow up catch upward a few days subsequently, I politely declined. they didn't chase me up nigh information technology, so was handled well.

lovely hotel, with lots of options for restaurants. Staff were really nice and helpful and the hotel is lovely and make clean! I've stayed in improve all inclusive hotels in Mexico simply information technology was proficient value for money.

"Overall a prissy (yet expensive) experience. Probably way more enjoyable every bit a couple then with friends"

The food was.. but ok. It wasn't bad, just it wasn't great either. There'southward room for improvement at that place. The evening entertainment leaves a lot to be desired and ends at 11pm already, which from ane betoken of view is understandable as its mostly outdoors. But they'd have plenty of indoor locations, far abroad from the rooms to keep information technology going a bit longer and more entertaining.

Belongings is huge, even so doesn't really experience all that crowded. The pool chairs aren't all reserved at 8am already, really you'd probably find a chair somewhere in the 2nd row even in the middle of the afternoon. Staff is very polite and always helpful. Very active and helpful waiters by the pool ready to have your club. Well equipped and large gym.

The pool h2o was freezing, the bartenders did not know how to make drinks, the amusement was cheesy, the buffet was subpar at some of the restaurants, the people working were not the friendliest I encountered in all of my trips to Mexico.

The belongings is pretty on the optics, and piece of cake to go around.

Cracking hospitality— Mostly All staff knows how to make y'all feel welcomed for instance our waiter Oscar past the embankment was but superb he met every demand , a corking tin can do attitude. We rented the cabanas that are on the adults but and we had the embankment to ourselves it was Paradise! I practise not want to forget the barman and the cook were also fabulous, Parrillada and Mariscada to banquet every bit Gods, really! We would def like to come back, simply need to sort out some issues with R. Ortiz from guest services, we are not doing and so well in that deparment.

The unabridged resort closes down at 11p. The resort has a lot of hidden fees. I booked for our 15yr nuptials anniversary for two people. When I check in for some reason they did see my husband on the reservation. I had to pay a extra $500. Certain liquor price extra. Just be ready to spending more money at this all-inclusive resort. The puddle surface area music is very low! At that place is a lot of Mexican cats roaming the resorts likewise. The breakfast buffet is horrible. To make reservations for restaurant y'all accept to become to the family side when you booked at the Adult Only facility. Our commemoration went incorrect with selecting this resort! Never once more.

We did not like that everything(bars and music)close down at 11:00pm. We as well did non like the lack of updated music. Others we spoke with felt the same, they had portable speakers at the pool. Not the mistake of the hotel but global warming the bounding main water was covered with seaweed and we were unable to get in.

"Nice stay but needs some modest improvements"

Waiting times for the restaurants was shocking. Whilst yous book a table at 8pm, you lot aren't seated until 8.30pm, so takes a while to become drinks / club food etc. Not very expert. This was supposedly in the winter season so I am concerned what it would be like in the top of peak season. The Royal Service eating house was nice only we had to await over 40mins 1 morning for breakfast which is unacceptable. Not exactly what y'all expect from the "regal service restaurant". Complained near this to the hotel and they said they were going to email me about information technology... never emailed.

Stayed in the royal service area. Room was fabulous with lots of space. The bed was comfy and bathroom was peachy with the biggest bath! Cute grounds surrounded by wild animals Prissy puddle expanse, beach was as well lovely. Staff were friendly and polite - loved the pool bar squad in the royal service area! Restaurants offer splendid food allergen advice. Beingness gluten free it tin exist worrying when going somewhere new but all menus were labelled accordingly and the staff ensured your repast was tailored to your needs. Had a nice massage in the spa and the spa facilities were beautiful. Running track effectually the resort was besides a nice surprise. Our butler, Hector, was AMAZING.. loved him! He was and so not bad and kind. Information technology was my partners altogether whilst there and he busy our room for it which was a nice surprise!
